Sarah is an amazing coach: very professional. Her expertise and experience are huge. Not only she can help on the training side (whatever the challenge she is up for it) but she is also a PN (Precision Nutrition) nutrition coach and her approach is about the whole person, which makes a huge impact with very quick positive outcomes. Very adaptable, super motivational and inspirational. Working in a 121 format with her has been a revolution for me and my training. The world needs more women coaches like Sarah.

Where do you want to train?
Make sure you think about what time you have to train as a starting point. Early morning after work or are the weekends your best time to train and de-stress? Once you have decided on the time, then you can work out where you want to train. It may be more convenient to train at my private studio or, outside in an open space (park or garden).
If you're not local, you may wish to train online. You can have a shower at home and then get on with the day? You can even be on holiday and still continue your training. We can use zoom or Facetime. Both platforms are interactive so we can discuss the most suitable coaching approach, positioning and effort level. With little or no equipment we can still strengthen and challenge you with a tailored plan based on your fitness goals.
Classes on zoom.
You will receive the same level of instruction that you would in a venue based class. Childcare or your dog being left at home no longer becomes an issue and you too can have a shower at home. If you're "time poor" or working from home, this is a really convenient way to fit your classes in.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You will have an initial consultation and we will discuss what you are doing at present. Your sessions will progress gradually to meet your specific needs.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
If there are no medical recommendations then you will need to have comfortable trainers and comfortable clothing. You will need to bring fluids/water and a towel. If there are medical recommendations this will be discussed during the initial consultation.
WILL I ENJOY IT?
The sessions will be designed around exercises you enjoy. We will build the sessions so you are happy with the intensity you work at and this will also be monitored through varying testing modalities.
SHOULD I CONSULT MY DOCTOR?
If you have any reason to feel you may need to consult your doctor before coming then you should do so. If you have been exercising with no concerns then we will discuss this on your initial consultation.
WHY HAVE I BEEN REFERRED BY MY GP?
Your GP will have informed you of some of the benefits and risks of participating in exercise programmes, your health and medical circumstances can be improved through exercise. If you have any queries about how this could affect your particular medical circumstances, please ask your doctor.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ATTEND MY FIRST VISIT?
You will have an initial assessment and we will develop a programme taking your case history, your aims and those of your doctor into account. Please bring with you:
- Any medication you are currently taking
- Inhalers or other medications needed to alleviate asthma or angina
- Comfortable clothing
- Shoes with good support
We will develop a programme tailored to your aims and ability.
As you gain confidence you will be encouraged to develop your fitness levels to suit your individual needs.
Sarah is an extremely dedicated and enthusiastic trainer, if you want to see results and are prepared to work hard you will achieve them. Its easy for me to recommend Sarah as I know she can and will deliver!
At school I loved sport. I was super competitive and I still am but now I focus on being 'the best I can', having overcome injuries and life's challenges. Over the years I have competed in Duathlon (topping my age group). In endurance cycling (qualified and competed in the amateur cycling world championships, placing 19th in my age group, 3rd female GB rider in my age group). I have bought up 2 wonderful boy's on my own, albeit with it's own challenges. This has taught me to push through difficult times, especially when I'm not able to control some of them.
